Sev is co-founder and CEO of TrueChoice Solutions and Managing Director of Paris Lodron Venture Management GmbH, an investment firm based in Salzburg, Austria. Previously, Sev served as a director of the Center on Global Brand Management at Columbia Business School, the University of Munich, and CEIBS Shanghai. He has also been a Visiting Scholar at Yale University's School of Management, and is a Visiting Professor at various EMBA programs.
Sev has consulted and taught extensively on e-business, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction, and strategy in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. His clients have included AXA, Morgan Stanley, Revlon, United Technologies, Hugo Boss, Hyundai, and others. His research and publications focus on the next-generation tools that quantify customer preferences, econometric models that allow managers to optimize customer satisfaction while increasing margin and revenue, and several strategic frameworks that allow firms to become truly customer focused.

Bill has a background in venture capital, strategy consulting and marketing. He has spent a decade as a General Partner of venture capital firm BEV Capital, focused on early-stage investments in marketing services and consumer technology businesses. Prior to BEV, he was a Senior Manager at The Boston Consulting Group consulting to consumer goods and industrial clients. He began his career in brand management with the Biscuit Division of Nabisco Brands, Inc.
Bill received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA with honors from Dartmouth College.

Bruce is the former Vice President, National Accounts, for TeleCheck Services, a First Data Corporation company. During his highly successful career at TeleCheck, he and his team of relationship managers, client support, and data analysis personnel tripled revenue growth over an eight-year period, serving such well-known national retailers as Wal-Mart, J.C. Penney, AutoZone, CompUSA, Nike, and others.

Mal took on responsibilities for operations and business development activities at TrueChoice in 2006 following more than ten years in the enterprise software industry. His prior experience includes time in the business development group at SAP, and a number of early stage software and services startups. Mal began his career designing and developing enterprise software solutions for IBM’s Global Services organization, working with clients such as Hewlett Packard, BP, PG&E, Roche, and others.
Mal holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA with honors in Economics from Indiana University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Prior to joining TrueChoice Solutions, Karl was a Senior Consultant responsible for Product Development and Strategy at Orbian Corp. in London. He also worked as the Director of Information Technology at Wood & Company, an investment bank based in Prague, Czech Republic.
Karl holds an AM in European History from Harvard University and a BA cum laude in Economics and Classics from California State University, Fresno.

Wolfgang has an extensive track record in the European technology industry, most recently serving as CEO of Bertelsmann AG’s international content management organization. He previously held the position of chief information officer for Bertelsmann’s arvato AG division, where he helped develop new content management capabilities and innovative new concepts in information technology. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Rentmeister served as senior consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he provided business process improvement and software implementation services to the firm’s international clients. Mr. Rentmeister studied physics, mathematics, and business administration at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität (WWU) Münster.

Beshara has held leadership sales positions with HP, SAP, Peoplesoft and Siebel. In the process he closed numerous multi-million dollars deals establishing him as one of the top sales professionals in the Australian IT industry. Over the years, Beshara set up and managed subsidiaries of US companies in Australia and overseas. As the APAC sales director of Exigen, the US based process improvement company; he was responsible for closing one of the largest software deals, Westpac Bank, worth over US$55 Million. In Saudi Arabia, he took the subsidiary of a large US advertising agency to over US$100M in billing in less than 4 years.
Beshara has a business degree from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA and is tri lingual. He has lived in Sydney, where he is currently based, since 1980.
