Position Overview:

TrueChoice Solutions is a private, Manhattan based, marketing software company that develops sophisticated, Web-based applications.   We have a diverse base of Fortune 500 clients covering many industries including automotive, mobile telephony, consumer electronics, health and financial services.  Our applications typically appear on major, highly trafficked public websites.

We are looking for a Flash Developer with the following qualifications:

• Creative, motivated, detail oriented and eager to put their technical skills to work in a fast-paced in-house front end team.
• Interested in learning about and developing front end, data driven applications in Flash ActionScript and Flex.
• Talents that include a mix of pure software development and some graphical design.
• 1 to 2 years of experience developing applications in Flash.

Initially, this Flash Developer will focus on designing and customizing client applications.  Over time, the candidate will take on more responsibility for building new application features and helping to further develop TrueChoice core technology.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelors Degree in CS or IT
• 1 to 2 years of experience with coding ActionScript 2 and 3          
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Coder who has an eye for graphic design and professional polish
• Experience with Flex is a plus; familiarity animating with ActionScript also a plus
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus
• Motivated to have your work appear on major websites and in front of large audiences

Qualified candidates should live within commuting distance to mid-town Manhattan; TrueChoice Solutions will not cover relocation costs.
